Most fast food outlets now have salads on their menu so instead of ordering an upsized meal, have salads instead. Avoid rich, fatty food or foods that are high on carbohydrates. Have foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals to help you regain your health.
2. Stay active: Although it may be easier said than done, taking time out for regular exercise is vital for a healthy body. Take half an hour a day to follow a workout regime. You could also make minor changes in habit like taking the stairs or walking more to boost your activity.
3. Water: Water naturally detoxifies your system and helps burn fat so have at least to 10 glasses of water a day.
